Care Connect are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office team on a 3 month max term contract. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting Care Connect to deliver a number of strategic projects.

About the role… 

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role for business requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing and documentation of business processes or policies, for identified projects Additionally, the Business Analyst will provide support to the relevant Project Manager throughout the project life cycle from planning stage to the operational hand-over stage. This includes working with the relevant Project Manager on any inter-dependency tasks, mitigation actions on risks and impacts, change management activities and other relevant project work critical to the successful delivery of the pre-defined project objectives.  

 

The key aspects of this role will include:

  • Safety and wellbeing 

 

About You 

An experienced & qualified Business Analyst - preferably with experience in the Healthcare sector - you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of project management to plan, execute and monitor progress. You are a change management expert with a solid understanding of the principles and practices that will help you navigate resistance, mitigate risks and drive successful change across the organisation. 

Your excellent communication and influencing skills, along with expertise in relationship and stakeholder management will help you make a success of this role. You will also have advanced skills in a range of business systems and technologies, be able to adapt easily to new technologies and work well independently in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following: 

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the Healthcare sector  

  • Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, BPMN) 

  • Proficiency in documenting requirements or process maps using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Viso or similar  

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred  

  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred 

 

To be considered for this role you must have full Australian working rights, Current Police & Working With Children Checks – we can arrange police checks for successful candidates. Our selection process also includes psychometric assessment.
