Care Connect is inviting dedicated Home Care Support Workers to attend our Recruitment Drive in Box Hill on Wednesday, 12 November.

About the Role

As a Home Care Support Worker, you’ll provide essential in-home and community support, including:

  • Domestic duties (cleaning & laundry)
  • Personal grooming & hygiene assistance
  • Medication reminders
  • Food shopping, meal planning and preparation
  • Mobility assistance and general companionship

Most importantly, you’ll make a genuine difference by supporting your clients’ independence and wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive attitude, empathy and genuine care for others
  • Certificate III (Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Home and Community Care), Diploma/Bachelor of Nursing, or current study toward these qualifications
  • Or no qualifications but have a minimum of three months paid care or cleaning experience
  • Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance (essential)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Full Australian working rights,
  • Police Check (Police Check can be arranged by Care Connect)
  • Working With Children Check
  • Excellent communication skills – additional languages welcomed
