Enquiries Coordinator – Aged Care
Full-time | Maximum term 12-month contract | Abbotsford, VIC or Bella Vista, NSW

We are seeking a dedicated Enquiries Coordinator to join our Aged Care team. As the first point of contact for individuals reaching out to Care Connect, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring enquiries are handled quickly, accurately, and with care.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage inbound and outbound enquiries (phone, email, web, and mail)
  • Provide responsive, professional service to clients, carers, and internal teams
  • Support a seamless client experience by directing enquiries to the right person or team

About You:
You bring a strong customer service background, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume contact environment. You are a confident communicator who listens with empathy, manages escalations calmly, and thrives on helping others.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Proven experience managing a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and meeting service level agreements
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong planning, prioritisation, and time management abilities
  • High-speed and accurate data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems
  • Understanding of the community care sector (highly regarded)
  • Successful completion of Year 12 or higher qualification
